Out of the blue, ginger-licious decided to prepare homemade paratha wrap as ginger-licious sista is addicted to hot and roll paratha wrap.
The ingredients needed are as simple as below
1. One Pack of Paratha India Flatbread (any brand will do)
2. Cooking Oil
3. 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
For the filling: ( You are alwayz welcome to explore on the fillings that you prefer)
1. 1-2 Sausages, chopped
2. Formaggio cheese powder
3. Slice of cheese
Direction
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Fried the sausages about 5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to tase. Cook for 1 minute more and remember stirring occasionally, until they are cooked,Sprinkle in some cheese powder and stir for awhile.Remove from the heat and set aside.
2. Heat the frying pan over medium heat. Brush the skillet with oil or use cooking spray.
Place a circle of dough into the preheated skillet. Spread 3 tablespoons of filling over the dough. Cook until the bottom of the bread has browned, about 3 minutes. Lower the heat and carefully turn the paratha over with a spatula. Place the fillings prepared and cook for an additional 5 minutes and it's ready to be transferred to a cutting board.
4. Flip the paratha into half to enclose the filling.
5. Cut each stuffed paratha in half and it's ready to serve.
